John Andrew

John’s connection to Coolangatta & Tweed Heads goes back to the mid 1990’s.  Having married a local Tweed girl at St Joseph's, playing Rugby Union for the Tweed Baa Baa’s and raising 3 kids in an around Coolangatta & Tweed Heads, gives John a good amount of local knowledge and great feel for the area.

Prior to entering real estate, John worked in Sports Event Management, Fundraising, Marketing and Community Engagement positions. He has worked at the State Library of QLD, organised Olympic shooting events and travelled to PNG to foster relationships.

The change to real estate happened 15 years ago, coinciding with the Global Financial Crisis.  Not the best time to start a new career, but it certainly proved that John was determined and focused. Fast forward 15 years to 2025, John is setting himself a new challenge, to settle into the Coast lifestyle.

John’s approach to real estate is all about results and surpassing client expectations. He is very aware that real estate can be stressful for all involved.  His relaxed, calm and experienced demeanor is highly regarded by past clients, as is his positive and thorough communication style.
